Our story

Why we built YCC.

After years running outbound for B2B companies — and watching every other vendor cut corners on training, QA, and rep retention — we built the agency we wanted to hire. Dedicated reps per account. Recorded calls reviewed daily. Weekly coaching. Pricing on the website at face value, not buried in a contract.

The thesis is simple: outbound calling is an operations problem, not a creativity problem. If you do the dull stuff well — list, training, audit, coaching, follow-up — the conversations land and the meetings book. That's the whole strategy.

We work US business hours, with US-trained reps, for US and Canada B2B companies. We say no to engagements we can't deliver on. And we keep the team small enough that the founder still reviews calls.
